Before we start.
Is building from scratch always the best choice?
No. I first check whether an existing tool, an adaptation or an integration meets the need. Custom development makes sense when it solves something those options do not handle well.
Can we start with a small first version?
Yes. We define the essential user journey and keep future additions separate. That lets us review how useful the first version is before adding more features.
What if I need a mobile app?
I also develop iOS and Android apps. The starting point is the same: understanding the users, features and how the app will connect to the rest of your system.
