Yes, where the CRM allows that access. We review fields, validation, duplicates and what should happen if delivery fails, not just the first submission.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Many tasks can be handled with rules and connections. AI can help with a specific part, such as summarising or classifying text, if the result can be checked.
Can you automate a process at my agency?
